Pickup Policy

REVIVA is a pickup-only shop. We do not ship orders — all purchases are collected in person.

How it works

1. Place your order online and select local pickup at checkout.

2. You'll receive a confirmation when your order is placed.

3. Message us on Instagram to arrange your pickup time and location.

Pickup window

Please collect your order within 7 days of purchase. Orders not collected within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion, and the item returned to the shop.

What to bring

Bring your order confirmation (on your phone is fine) and the name on the order. If someone else is picking up for you, let us know in advance.
