REVIVA ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and how we use it.
What we collect
Account information. If you create an account, we store your email address so you can sign in and earn loyalty points.
Marketing signups. If you join our list, we store your phone number and (optionally) your email address, along with your consent, so we can send you drop alerts and offers.
Purchases. Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify. We do not see or store your payment card details. We receive order information (such as your email and order total) from Shopify so we can credit loyalty points and arrange pickup.
How we use it
We use your information to run the shop: processing orders, crediting loyalty points, arranging in-store pickup, and — only with your consent — sending marketing messages.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Sharing
We share information only with the services that run the shop: Shopify (checkout and orders) and our hosting/database provider. These providers process data only to provide their services to us.
Your choices
You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text or contacting us. You can also ask us to access, correct, or delete your account information — just reach out via our contact page.
Data retention
We keep account and order records while your account is active and as required for our records. Marketing signup data is kept until you unsubscribe.
